Randstad is currently hiring for an Operations Lead position with a fast-growing tire distribution company located in Pewaukee, WI. The Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and distribution operations, optimizing processes, and supporting the company's continued growth. Key responsibilities include all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and team leadership. .  

salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 7:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.





Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock accuracy, and shrink reduction.





Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and operational procedures to improve efficiency.





Manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.





Implement and monitor KPIs to track operational performance and drive improvements.





Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and DOT requirements.





Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance, team-oriented culture.





Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, cost control, and operational forecasting.





Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and systems enhancements.





Maintain good relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and distribution partners.





The essential functions of this role include:
