Responsibilities
Order Entry & Data Management:
- Accurately input high volumes of customer purchase orders into the ERP/Order Management system.
- Verify order details against product catalogs, checking for correct pricing, SKUs, fabric codes, and custom specifications.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in order forms before they reach the production floor.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update shipping information.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails regarding order status, stock availability, and product inquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues regarding shipping delays, damages, or warranty claims with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide tracking information and lead-time estimates to dealers and direct customers.
- Communicate effectively with the Warehouse, Production, and Shipping departments to expedite urgent orders.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
