Responsibilities
- Transportation Coordination: Plan, organize, and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery. Proactively monitor and track all inbound air freight shipments, providing real-time status updates.
- Supplier and Vendor Management: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the logistics process and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Documentation and Reporting:Assist senior agents with the review and preparation of import documents (e.g., Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists).
- Compliance: Ensure that all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipping, delivery, and product availability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, production, and sales, to coordinate logistics activities and support business
