You will be an integral part of Loan Management, ensuring the accuracy and regulatory compliance of all installment loan administration.  Your High-Impact Responsibilities: You are a proactive and results-oriented administrator who thrives on maintaining meticulous compliance and data integrity. You will spearhead daily loan operations, serving as the primary resource for file management and problem resolution.

• Review and Validate all installment loan files and documents for completeness and accuracy, ensuring strict adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and Implement the booking of all new loans and necessary changes to existing loans within the system.
• Manage the receipt, scanning, and indexing of vital loan documents from both internal and external business partners (e.g., title companies).
• Perform analysis on loans booked to determine booking trends and provide data-driven guidance to the leadership team.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to accurately complete loan files and establish payment plans within prescribed timeframes.
• Prepare loan documents and reports to identify outstanding issues and support training/development needs.

• Required: Associate's degree in Business or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, or loan processing.
• Required: Must be able to construct and articulate the workings of an amortization schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills).
• High degree of professional communication skills and a strong, customer-centric focus.
• Preferred: Prior experience with SAP or specific knowledge of loan origination, structuring, and service requirements.
