Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the optimal channel and sales funnel structure for distinct North American zones.
- Lead high-impact technical demonstrations and represent the brand at major industry gatherings.
- Aggressively drive brand visibility and market penetration across the sector.
- Act as the field insights liaison, channeling data back to HQ to refine the product catalog, stock-keeping units (SKUs), and packaging for local market fit.
- Formulate, own, and drive the comprehensive Commercial Strategy across the USA and Canada.
- Proactively target and onboard high-value accounts, including national distributors, regional power retailers, and key independent shops.
- Structure, negotiate, and finalize all Trade Terms agreements governing company commercial relationships.
- Manage and direct the strategic pricing architecture and margin controls.
- Establish and actively enforce the Minimum Net Price framework based on customer segmentation.
- Develop and maintain the forward-looking Sales Plan and revenue Forecast.
- Track and drive performance against both Sell-In (shipment) and Sell-Out (end-user consumption) metrics.
- Orchestrate and deploy physical and digital Point-of-Sale visibility campaigns.
- Cultivate influential, long-term customer relationships leading to formal deal closure.
- Provide formal, periodical executive reporting to Headquarters, delivering high-level strategic presentations.
