**Account Manager / Technical Support Specialist (Bicycle & Motorcycle Brakes)** Join a global leader in high-performance braking components as a key technical liaison for the USA/Canada market. We are seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the primary technical point of contact, supporting both pre-sales growth and crucial post-sale stability. In this hands-on role, you will help the sales team win by explaining technical advantages and product certifications during customer and distributor visits. A major focus will be managing the entire post-sales process: performing diagnostic procedures, handling warranty claims, and driving root cause analysis of component failures directly with our European HQ. You will also be responsible for training customers and distributors on installation and maintenance and organizing technical documentation. This position requires someone with technical credibility. Responsibilities

Technical Customer Advocacy:

• Serve as the primary support / technical point of contact.
  
  
• Bridge the gap between our HQ team and our distributors, sales force, and end-customers.
  
  
• Help the sales team win deals by explaining the technical benefits and certifications of our braking products.
  
  
• Actively gather customer and market needs to identify opportunities for new products or local product adjustments.
  
  

Post-Sale Support & Problem Solving:

• Manage the entire post-sales process, including warranty claims and general customer complaints.
• Perform hands-on diagnostic procedures and failure analysis on returned components.
  
  
• Handle technical issues and return logistics with the European factory, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  
  
• Help maintain and monitor after-sales performance metrics (KPIs) like resolution time.
  
  

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

• Lead training sessions for customers, distributors, repair shops, and our internal sales team on product features and maintenance.
  
  
• Organize and distribute all necessary technical documentation, installation guides, and assembly protocols.
