• Champion Compliance: Spearhead the timely filing and payment of all essential sales, use, and property tax returns and bills across designated jurisdictions.
• Ensure Data Integrity: Process high-volume data, including approximately 3,000 property tax bills per jurisdiction (MN & CO), demanding precision and a strong attention to detail.
• Mitigate Risk: Assist with sales and use tax audits by conducting essential invoice pulls, performing taxability research, and supporting documentation integrity.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with the team lead and cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes and ensure optimal operational workflows.

 Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+  years of demonstrated proficiency in tax-related roles, specifically with sales, use, and/or property tax processes.
• Technical Proficiency (Required): Expert-level mastery of Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Proactive individual who takes initiative and contributes to our evolving culture of continuous improvement and meticulous accuracy.
• Cutting-Edge Tools (Preferred): Opportunity to apply skills using industry-leading platforms such as Avalara, SAP, or PowerPlan (experience with high-volume processing is a nice-to-have).
