Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Operations Specialist for a critical 6-month contract (with conversion potential) to lead a major platform migration. Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource in migrating three core teams (Asset Transfer, Proxy, Global/Domestic Business Actions) to a new platform.
• Workflow Creation (SOPs): Oversee and document current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the legacy platform, and then create new SOPs and procedures for the new platform based on completed testing.
• Act as a central point of contact to help onboard and train the rest of the operational teams on the new platform's workflow.
• Manage communication and coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
• Proxy Season Support: Support the team during the high-volume proxy season (starting around February). Fast-paced work environment, with clear documentation provided.
• Manage various operational projects and requests throughout the year.
• Daily Work: Manage daily operational requests coming in via Outlook/email and execute tasks within internal platforms.
