Responsibilities

• Perform essential broker-dealer activities, balancing both client-facing and back-office operational responsibilities.
• Execute accurate and timely data entry for account maintenance and transactions; process new account applications; maintain detailed operational records.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal procedures throughout the conversion period.
• Provide high-quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries and assisting clients with account maintenance requests, website navigation, asset transfers, and general correspondence questions.
• Act as a primary resource to ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients during the major conversion.
• Research, resolve, and troubleshoot operational problems and errors; coordinate with internal teams to maintain overall efficiency.
• Identify and recommend products and services that meet customer needs as appropriate.
