- Spearhead & Drive: Lead the project management of the People Experience strategic action plan, providing robust oversight and driving accountability across multiple stakeholders. You will proactively resolve risks and barriers to maintain delivery momentum.
- Innovate & Architect: Initiate, scope, and deliver a portfolio of People Experience (PE) programs (e.g., wellbeing, engagement, future of work), demonstrating strong ownership mentality from conception through execution.
- Transform & Optimize: Lead the redesign and ongoing management of internal communication pages, ensuring colleagues have easily accessible, up-to-date information. Operationalize and continuously improve back-end systems that underpin the PE function.
- Influence & Integrate: Embed the People Experience philosophy into firm-wide people processes like performance management and feedback, ensuring adherence to our core values.
- Analyze & Report: Develop and track KPIs for all PE initiatives, ensuring rigorous monitoring and generating actionable insights for continuous improvement. This includes creating persuasive presentations and data-driven dashboards.
- Five + years in a corporate environment (ideally professional services) with demonstrable, advanced project/program management experience. Proven ability to progress multiple strategic projects simultaneously and launch projects from scratch, including scoping, tracking KPIs, and managing risks.
- Communication & Influence: excellent communicator able to convey messages confidently and tailor messaging to diverse, senior audiences (written, verbal, presentations).
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable high proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
