Critical role ensuring quality assurance for auditor data and compliance
Requires: Detail Orientation, excellent Communication, ability to Multi-task under tight deadlines, and Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables/lookups).
Prior financial/audit experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Scrutinize and supervise all data pulled by the vendor team to ensure high-quality information is delivered to auditors/clients.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Proactively manage communication with internal and external clients for timely and adequate responses; develop and maintain effective partnerships across all stakeholders regarding audit confirms.
- Regulatory Expertise: Maintain and develop regulatory knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert and central point of contact for SEC rule 17A-13.
- Risk Management: Manage, escalate, track, and ensure resolution on issues that pose operational, regulatory, or reputational risk.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze metrics for senior management to provide transparency to team volumes.
