- Use outlook 365 to help coordinate meeting rooms and keept he office running smoothly
- Support mail, copy/print/scan, receptionist, hospitality, and facilities services as part of a friendly onsite team
- Help make conference rooms and common areas look sharp and guest-ready throughout the day
- Location: On-site in Las Vegas, NV
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility as business needs arise

- Is reliable, professional, and presents well in a corporate environment
- Has experience with Outlook 365, and ideally any type of meeting reservations or office scheduling
- Learns quickly, enjoys helping people, and is comfortable being on their feet and occassionally lifting up to 40lbs
- The assignment is project-based and the length may be shorter or longer than originally estimated depending on workload. If work ends early, there may be efforts to place you on another assignment, but that cannot be guaranteed.
- Interviews are conducted virtually over Microsoft Teams video with the hiring manager.

Responsibilities
- Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
- Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions
- Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.
- Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance
- Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.
