Randstad is seeking a motivated and meticulous Logistics & Inventory Administrator for a key contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Frankfort, KY. You will serve as the vital link ensuring exceptional operational accuracy and customer satisfaction across the supply chain.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate all outbound shipments, including scheduling Tier II shipments, managing expedited orders, and accurately preparing all necessary documentation (packing lists, Bill of Ladings).
- Manage inventory movements by accurately receiving materials into the JDE system, printing and distributing Kanban cards to Material Handlers (T1 and T2), and actively participating in cycle counts and physical inventories
- Handle critical administrative tasks, including processing Ship Confirmations, generating Toyota Billing, managing SIA mass production paperwork/labels, and checking orders input by Customer Service for accuracy
- Serve as a primary representative of the company, providing excellent customer service through prompt and accurate responses and sending necessary Advance Ship Notices (ASN’s) to customers via BASE2
- Ensure organized record-keeping by scanning all shipping, receiving, and incoming mail documents to the Inventory Control Specialist and Accounting team, maintaining compliance and easy retrieval
- Communicate and collaborate closely with Material Handlers, Supervisors, and Shipping/Warehouse teams to guarantee the accuracy of shipments, inventory levels, purchasing records, and overall operational flow
