We are seeking an Office Payroll to ensure accurate entry of corporate employees both salaried and hourly. This position is 100% onsite and temporary for 3 months. The ideal candidate has worked within Construction or Subcontractor industry. We will be interviewing immediately and start working next week!

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end processing of weekly/bi-weekly/monthly payroll, including garnishments, benefits, and taxes.
• Data Validation: Review and reconcile payroll data against HR records to ensure accuracy in pay rates, job titles, and department allocations.
• Compliance: Maintain stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local tax laws; manage year-end reporting (W-2s, 1095-Cs, etc.).
• Record Keeping: Maintain digital and paper payroll records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding paychecks, tax withholdings, and deductions.
• Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports for the Finance and HR leadership teams.
