Responsibilities
- Coordinating meeting and event spaces, including food and beverage set up, breakdown, and post-event clean up so everything looks polished and professional.
- Greeting guests, VIPs, and internal staff with a warm, professional welcome; answering questions and handling special requests for reservations, transportation, and local recommendations.
- Serving as backup receptionist for lunches, breaks, and after-hours events, managing phones, emails, and conference room logistics.
- Keeping common and conference areas organized, tracking details, and supporting the team with light admin and documentation
