Responsibilities
Product Consultation & Sales (The Core Role)
- Drive Sales: Actively engage customers (in-person, by phone, or online) to sell motorcycles accessories.
- Expert Consultation: Provide detailed and accurate information on vehicle features, specifications and fitment of parts.
- Qualify Customers: Listen carefully to customer need.
- Process Transactions: Generate quotes and manage client orders.
- Troubleshooting: Address customer inquiries related to maintenance, parts installation, and basic technical issues with professionalism and speed.
- Service Coordination: Provide status updates and explain repair orders.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle client complaints and concerns with empathy and a positive attitude, striving to achieve satisfactory and timely resolution.
