salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple production departments.
• Ensure efficiency while meeting quality, safety, and delivery standards.

Goal Establishment:

• Set clear goals with a LEAN mindset to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
• Communicate goals effectively to ensure team alignment.

Relationship Management:

• Build relationships with business units and customers to exceed expectations and enhance loyalty.

Budget and Forecast Management:

• Manage budgeting and forecasting; monitor unit costs for improvement opportunities.

Talent Development:

• Attract and retain top talent, providing growth opportunities and fostering knowledge sharing.

Team Leadership:

• Lead with integrity and inclusivity; communicate clearly and respect team contributions.

Vision and Values Alignment:

• Align team activities with organizational vision; establish strategies for achieving goals.
