Learning & Development Training Specialist
Overview:
Support the implementation and enhancement of learning and development initiatives across the life science vertical, ensuring alignment with established capability goals and organizational performance needs. Support training for technical, industry and mandatory training programs. 3 years of corporate training experience required

Responsibilities
Training Execution & Delivery:
● Assist in the development and rollout of engaging learning experiences using various modalities, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (VILT), e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning formats.
● Design and develop educational content such as training guides and engaging presentations.
● Coordinate logistics and scheduling of training programs to ensure efficient and consistent learner experiences.
● Provide support in maintaining content within the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading materials, tracking compliance, generating reports, and assisting with learning analytics
