Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Office of the President, optimizing efficiency and ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all departments
- Directly supervise and mentor a part-time administrative assistant, overseeing critical scheduling, travel, and day-to-day logistical support
- Design and implement robust systems to track key priorities, follow-up actions, and inter-team deliverables, driving accountability throughout the organization
- Prepare, edit, and manage high-stakes executive-level correspondence, briefings, reports, and presentations on behalf of the President
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Trustees, driving clear, professional communication and ensuring the timely dissemination of all critical governance information
- Strategically plan and execute all Board and committee meetings, managing the full lifecycle from scheduling and agenda creation to materials production and official minute-taking
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate governance records, including Board rosters and annual meeting calendars
- Champion trustee engagement, onboarding, and communications, ensuring alignment with best-in-class governance standards and practices
- Strategically coordinate logistical and communication needs between the President's Office and key organizational leadership
- Act as a consistent and reliable point of contact to ensure clarity, preparedness, and executive responsiveness in the President’s engagements
