Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Daily Workflow Management: Direct and coordinate all production activities to ensure daily targets, output goals, and shipping deadlines are met.
  
  
• Resource Allocation: Manage labor hours and machine schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  
  
• Process Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and optimize production flow.
  
  

️ Safety & Quality Control

• Safety Leadership: Enforce OSHA compliance and internal safety protocols to maintain a zero-injury workplace.
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Monitor production standards and implement corrective actions when defects or "out of spec" products are identified.
  
  
• Compliance: Ensure all equipment is maintained and calibrated according to regulatory and company standards.
