About the Opportunity: Randstad is partnering with a high-growth manufacturing company in the Las Vegas gaming industry that has been doubling its revenue year-over-year. We are seeking a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to serve as the right hand to the CFO.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a professional who values stability, autonomy, and an incredible benefits package. You will work in a private office (not a cubicle) and maintain the day-to-day financial pulse of a 35-person organization.

Responsibilities
- Core Accounting: Manage the daily QuickBooks feed, code transactions, and match Purchase Orders (POs) to invoices.
- Bank Reconciliations: Independently reconcile cash and balance sheet accounts. This is the most critical technical requirement for the role.
- Payroll: Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 35 employees. The process is streamlined, but requires accuracy in creating batches and journal entries.
- AP & AR: Manage the AP aging report, sort payments (checks vs. manual), and handle invoicing.
- Reporting: Assist the CFO with month-end close and financial statement preparation by ensuring all data entry is clean and accurate.
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (sorting, filtering, subtotals) required; QuickBooks and Accounting assessments required.
- Problem Solving: We are looking for a "Critical Thinker".
- Work Style: You must be comfortable working independently in a private office. This is a role for a "doer" who loves processing and reconciling, not a manager looking to delegate.
- Industry: Manufacturing or Gaming experience is a plus, but not required if you have strong general ledger skills.
