Responsibilities
- Preparation of quarterly internal financial reporting presentations within 5 day close timelines
- Preparation and cross-functional coordination for all aspects of reporting responsibilities, including preparation and submission of Form 10-Q’s, Form 10-K, Form 8-K’s and special filings as required within Workiva
- Accounting for leases, investments, preparation of the statement of shareholder’s equity, statement of cashflows and segment reporting
- Preparation of the MD&A including the fluctuation analysis and non-GAAP reporting metrics
- Interface with Management on complex technical accounting and disclosure matters
- Research technical and disclosure accounting issues (utilizing Intelligize) and document and present conclusions to Management
- Proactively monitor current accounting and reporting trends, and maintain new accounting standards tracker
- Lead the Company’s efforts to implement new or revised accounting pronouncements
- Prepare, review and deliver timely accurate internal and external accounting/reporting documents and supporting schedules in accordance with US GAAP and SOX documentation requirements
- Develop and adhere to internal and external review and filing deadlines, including tracking and communication of status
- Support annual audit and quarterly reviews, including preparing analytical review documents, to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of all requests
- Participate in special projects as necessary
