The Customer Service Supervisor will lead a front-office team to ensure seamless communication between our manufacturing floor and our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the order-to-delivery process, resolving complex logistical issues, and maintaining the high standards for a Metal Manufacturing Company. This role is temp-to-hire and fully onsite nearby downtown Aurora.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and train a team of 2Customer Service Representatives. Conduct performance reviews and manage daily workflow.
  
  
• Monitor the entry of complex custom metal orders into the ERP system to ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, and finishes.
  
  
• Act as the primary bridge between the Customer Service team, Production Planning, and Shipping to provide customers with accurate lead times and status updates.
  
  
• Serve as the point of contact for high-priority accounts or complex complaints regarding quality (RMAs) or delivery delays.
  
  
• Identify bottlenecks in the "order-to-cash" cycle and implement strategies to reduce lead times and improve data entry accuracy.
  
  
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores.
