Responsibilities
-Researches, compiles, organizes and updates Market Rent Feedback from Brokers across the country used by Darden Asset Management Team leadership in making multi-million dollar decisions.
-Monitors and maintains tracking systems and reporting tools for lease renewals/extensions critical dates and information in the Tango database.
-Updates Parent company information in the Tango database.
-Assists Asset Management Team in tracking and reporting property and facilities related issues, 3rd party requests and other deadlines to ensure timelines critical to the process are met.
-Uses various software applications, spreadsheets, databases, etc. to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
-Tracks and coordinates any required actions as a result of condemnations.
-Monitors and maintains our Lease Renewal Questionnaire process.
-Creates and maintains operating and archive files.
-Assists in coordinating necessary inspections between our Operators and requestor.
-Owns obtaining Landlord signature on necessary permit applications, as well as, consent on other misc. projects when necessary.
-Manages the physical asset turn over process at end of Lease term.
-Facilitates restaurant closure process.
-Performs other department additional duties such as invoice payment, managing the blanket process, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, monitoring and distributing mail, answering department inquiries phone lines.
