Responsibilities


Location: East Providence (4 days onsite)
Nature: High-volume environment with some automation; flexibility to learn required.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Reconciliations: Verify checks sent by customers and perform quality checks for alignment.
Positive Pay Options: Review tickets daily (per SLAs) and input information accurately.
Coordination: Work closely with sales and relationship managers on setup side.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all processes.

Skills & Requirements
technology skills; familiarity with macros.
Ability to handle tight deadlines and high-volume tasks.
Previous experience with banking/check processing preferred.
Comfortable with systems such as:
SMS application
nCino
Mainframe
Salesforce
