How You Will Contribute
As the lead for their Quality Assurance process, you will ensure that employment verifications are audited and validated in Salesforce on a weekly basis. You will serve as a bridge between administration and campus teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integrity: Conduct comprehensive weekly and quarterly audits of employment verification records in Salesforce to ensure document validity and accuracy.
- Compliance Leadership: Execute remote and on-site assessments to ensure adherence to federal, state, and BPPE regulatory standards.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly progress reports and Quality Assurance analytics to pinpoint opportunities for process optimization.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Campus Directors and third-party entities to resolve data discrepancies and refine operational protocols.
- Team Guidance: Train campus teams on regulatory requirements and lead initiatives to improve the integrity of database records.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Career Services or a related field (staffing, compliance, auditing, or data management).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database management (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional analytical, project management, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude: Ability to function well under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and work effectively within a culturally diverse community.
- Location: You will sit at the Irvine campus. You will be supporting all California and online campuses.
- Hours: Flexible start time between 7am-9am
- Supervision: Direct report to the Executive Director, Career Services.
- Pay: $36/hr

Responsibilities
- Ensures that employment verifications across all campuses are meticulously completed, validated, and audited in Salesforce weekly.
- Provides weekly reports and updates to both the Executive Director of Career Services and the Campus Career Services Director on the progress of all employment verifications.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of employment verification processes on all campuses to confirm document validity and data accuracy.
- Maintain rigorous standards for verifying and validating graduate employment records across the university.
- Monitor and manage the integrity of database records and physical verification documents, including E-sign and third-party processes.
- Execute remote and on-site assessments to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for annual reporting.
- Provide regular recommendations for the refinement and improvement of data collection and operational protocols.
- In partnership with the Campus Directors, works with all California and online campuses in managing BPPE auditing process.
- Closely scrutinize Career Services data for accuracy, vigilantly investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Drive initiatives within Career Services to uphold adherence to federal, state, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with campus teams and directly contact graduates to verify placement data and support licensure and placement efforts.
- Coordinate with third-party verification entities to facilitate timely data corrections and employer verifications.
