Responsibilities
The team is looking for highly adaptable, creative, and strategic thinkers that can help team's solve problems using branding methodologies to overcome a variety of obstacles focused on external engagement. They prefer candidates with an "always-on mindset", displaying the ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences delivering a message tailored to fit a team's goals and objectives. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work with a Strategist that meets with a variety of teams, lines of business, and hiring managers to understand the key initiatives, focuses, and goals that they are focusing on.
- Gather insight into what message they are trying to deliver to an external audience (can include anything from volunteer events targeted towards community engagement, to reasons why customers should bank with the company or sign up for a credit card).
- Will act as a "boots on ground presence" at sites with a variety of teams to gather material for digital posts.
- Create scripts
- Film and edit material
- Find rates for vendors
- Draft and create blogs, articles and digital posts
- Utilize Adobe Digital Suite to create and edit a wide-variety of digital material
