You will be the first point of contact for callers in crisis, those seeking rental assistance, low-income benefits, and more. Your role is to listen with empathy and compassion, and then accurately route them to the correct lines for trained assistance. The Details

• Compensation: The starting wage is $15 
• Training: You will receive 4 to 6 weeks of comprehensive, on-site training at our Pittsburgh office.
• Work Location: Training onsite then moves to remote ( Must have high speed internet)
• Work Schedule: We have multiple shifts available, with start times ranging from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00a.m. All shifts require weekend work (Saturday and Sunday), with two days off during the week.
• Screenings: Background Check, Typing Test

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Handle a variety of incoming calls, including crisis calls, requests for rental and low-income assistance, and wellness checks.
• Provide a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental presence for callers in need.
• Listen attentively to understand caller needs and connect them with the appropriate resources and trained specialists.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all interactions.
