salary: $24 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage seasonal workflow for 5,000+ projects annually
• Interface with vendors for Oracle setup and maintain vendor database
• Track and review contracts; create purchase orders and process invoices
• Resolve issues related to contracts, payments, and legal matters
• Assist Facilities Managers with project execution and bid coordination
• Prepare bid packages, pre-bid conferences, and construction contracts
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors throughout projects
• Update budgets in Expesite and Oracle; approve GC buyouts
• Maintain qualified contractor list and monitor pay requests, lien waivers, and change orders
• Secure close-out documents before final payment; prepare turnover packages
• Maintain GC website and accurate project documentation
• Collect receipts, prepare expense reports, and provide admin support
• Interface with Legal, Tax, Purchasing, and other departments for operations
