Responsibilities

• Manage the mainline phone system, including answering, screening, and directing incoming calls, and accurately taking and relaying detailed messages to the appropriate parties
• Serve as the first point of contact, warmly greeting and assisting all guests and employees
• Oversee visitor registration within the building management system and prepare new access cards for employees and authorized personnel
• Efficiently address and resolve a broad range of public and internal inquiries, providing accurate information or escalating as necessary
• Provide comprehensive general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure consistent and reliable coverage of the front desk, offering support during initial periods and peak times
