- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, MS SharePoint, and online prospecting tools.
- Ownership: A self-starter who can multi-task and manage complex technical documentation with extreme accuracy.
- Requirements: Must be a US Person (Passport holder or permanent resident) due to industry-specific federal regulations.

Additional Responsibilities
- Document customer contacts and activity within company CRM and distribute to appropriate sales personnel.
- Assist external sales personnel in converting sales opportunities to orders.
- Follow up regularly with sales representatives on open and unresolved customer opportunities and quotations.
- Partner with the Sales Manager and external sales representatives to continuously improve CRM data quality, opportunity hygiene, and pipeline visibility.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and tactfully.
