In this vital role, you will be the bridge between our field technicians and our customers. You will manage the lifecycle of Labor & Material (L&M) quotes within NxGen (our proprietary service management platform), ensuring that every quote is accurate, professional, and delivered on time. Your work directly impacts our bottom line and, more importantly, our customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Quote Management: Proactively monitor and track technician-generated quotes within the NxGen platform.
- Quality Assurance: Review L&M quotes for accuracy and completeness before they reach the customer.
- Field Collaboration: Partner closely with HVAC technicians and mechanics to resolve roadblocks, clarify scope, and expedite the quoting process.
- Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in quote turnaround times (TAT) to ensure we meet our service level agreements.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of quote statuses, approvals, and outcomes to ensure seamless data flow.
