We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a global leader in the manufacturing of high-performance architectural building systems regional team. In this role, you won’t just be answering phones; you will be the primary liaison between our commercial glazing customers, our production facilities, and our outside sales team.

If you have a background in building materials, construction logistics, or technical manufacturing support, your expertise will be vital in helping us deliver the facades that shape modern skylines.



salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Order Lifecycle Management: Accurately process complex orders for architectural aluminum systems, ensuring all technical specifications and custom hardware requirements are met.
  
  
• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, and basic installation documentation.
  
  
• Logistics Coordination: Partner with the shipping and production departments to track high-value freight deliveries and resolve any transit-related discrepancies.
  
  
• Account Partnership: Act as the dedicated point of contact for a specific territory of glazing contractors, building long-term trust through proactive communication.
  
  
• Conflict Resolution: Handle claims for damaged or missing components by investigating root causes and expediting replacement solutions to keep construction projects on schedule.
