Role Overview We are seeking a technically-minded Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury Team for a critical 5-6 month project. This role is essential to our daily financial operations, focusing on cash movement, ACH processing, and banking partner relations. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a strong background in banking operations, this is a great opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a high-volume, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash Management: Execute daily cash transfers across various banks and accounts to ensure optimal liquidity.
- ACH Operations: Initiate ACH Debit and Credit batches, while proactively managing rejects, resolutions, and reattempts.
- Banking Maintenance: Update and audit client banking information, ensuring 100% data accuracy and security.
- Problem Solving: Act as a liaison with banking partners to resolve inquiries and handle banking activity requests.
- Reporting: Assemble financial data and prepare specialized reports for the Treasury Manager to support ad hoc projects.
- 3–4 Years Experience: Professional background in Accounting, Banking, or Finance is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a naturally "technical" mindset for understanding financial systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to manage client cases and partner with internal teammates.
- Multi-Tasking: The ability to meet strict daily banking deadlines while managing long-term projects.
