Responsibilities

• Support & Consultation: Act as the initial and ongoing support during account opening and the lifecycle of the account. Inbound Calls: Engage internal clients via phone to address questions regarding document processing, status updates, and general account navigation.
  
  
• Compliance: Maintain expertise in policies to ensure all accounts remain compliant with the USA Patriot Act.
  
  
• Client Relations: Build professional relationships with internal branch personnel while providing solutions that adhere to internal procedures.
  
  
• Problem Resolution: Address issues promptly and effectively in an evolving environment.
  
  

Qualifications-

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in financial services or customer service
  
  
• .Education: A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  
  
• Core Skills: Attention to detail, dependability, service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
