Responsibilities
This is a high-level "sleeves-up" interim position. You will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of all non-gaming revenue centers, including Food & Beverage, Retail, and Hotel operations.
Key Focus Areas:
- Ownership of complex balance sheet reconciliations to ensure month-end readiness.
- Oversight and execution of various daily audit processes across multiple non-gaming departments.
- Utilizing industry-standard platforms to track and verify revenue and inventory.
- Advanced Excel experience required. You must be an expert in pivot tables, advanced formulas, and managing large, complex datasets.
- Previous experience with Infogenesis (POS) and/or LMS (Lodging Management System) is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
- Proven background in a large-scale resort or hospitality environment, specifically within a Non-Gaming accounting capacity is highly desired.
- We are looking for a professional who can onboard quickly and provide stability during this interim period.
