Join a premier financial services leader as a Procurement Sr. Analyst, where your expertise builds the foundation for our continued growth. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner, leading negotiations for Professional Services and using data-driven insights to mitigate complex business risks. You will operate in a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in office, with Wednesday as our mandatory team day to foster real-time collaboration and connection. This is currently a temporary role supporting a leave. For an exceptional Sr. Procurement Analyst who demonstrates mastery in vendor relationship management and cross-functional leadership, there maybe potential for this position to transition into a permanent role.

salary: $35 - $37 per hour

Responsibilities

• Showcase your procurement knowledge, expertise, and passion to provide additional support within a cohesive, high-functioning team
  
  
• Negotiate service contracts (Consulting, Marketing, Professional Services) to neutralize financial, legal, and reputational risks
  
  
• Analyze large datasets to drive creative problem-solving and develop evidence-based negotiation strategies
  
  
• Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with assigned vendors to ensure service excellence and value
  
  
• Lead cross-functional teams through the end-to-end sourcing process for high-priority corporate projects
  
  
• Mitigate technical and business risk by ensuring all contracts align with strict compliance and industry standards
  
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels to align procurement activities with broader business goals
  
  
• Manage a high-volume project pipeline with precision, prioritizing tasks to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Execute win-win partnership strategies that balance cost-savings with high-quality vendor performance
