If so, we are seeking for Concierge Supervisor to oversee timely fullfillment of patient requests and coordination of non-clinical support services.  Also, the Supervisor will maintain excellent relationships with clinical, EVS, and administrative departments to streamline service delivery. This position requires physical presence and mobility throughout hospital units. Hours 10am-10pm 3 days per week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Seeking a Supervisor to assist in leading day to day concierge operations with providing exceptional customer service delivery, team development, and cross-departmental collaboration.  This role helps to champion a culture of empathy and professionalism, ensuring that nurses personalized, non-clinical support to care for patients and families during the hospital stay.

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Train and mentor hospital concierge staff to deliver high quality service with consistency and care
• Coach team members to exceed service expectations
• Manage day to day operations of concierge services across multiple departments
• Ability to track metrics, task completion and patient satifaction
• Assist team to troubleshoot app issues and rollout system enhancements
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated issues/concerns and service breakdowns, providing timely interventions
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills (Ensure service documentation and feedback are maintained)
• Uphold HIPPA compliance and hospital guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and intergrity at every level of service
• Attention to detail and workflow optimization
• Comfortable working in a fast paced medical center environment 
• Ability to work full time position with expectation to work rotating weekends and holidays
• Hours 10am-10pm
