Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming greeting to all patients and visitors in both English and Spanish.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in both languages
- Screen and forward a high volume of telephone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Provide general administrative support as needed
