What You’ll Do
- Lead Finance Modernization: Drive the end-to-end conversational analytics program, moving Finance away from traditional reporting toward interactive, AI-driven data consumption.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with project sponsors, Finance leadership, and IT/Data teams to define program scope, resource requirements, and operating mechanisms.
- Drive Business Outcomes: Ensure every phase of the transformation delivers measurable results in automation, operational efficiency, and user adoption.
- Execute with Excellence: Apply rigorous program management methodologies to plan and monitor workstreams, ensuring predictable delivery and clear scope.
- Champion Change Management: Lead organizational readiness through strategic communication, training programs, and the coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a natural team builder who can delegate effectively, challenge the status quo, and push for process innovation across complex global teams.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Finance Program/Project Manager, you will serve as the program manager driving Micron Finance’s conversational analytics transformation. This role is responsible for coordinating multi‑phase, cross‑functional initiatives that modernize how Finance accesses, analyzes, and consumes data. The ideal candidate has a business‑forward transformation mindset, operational leadership, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Lead and support strategic and transformation programs that drive Finance modernization, including the conversational analytics program in the Finance organization. Partner with project sponsors, Finance leadership, data teams, and functional SMEs to define program scope, deliverables, required resources, timelines, and operating mechanisms. Drive alignment on business outcomes tied to automation, efficiency, adoption, and analytics enablement.
