Responsibilities
- Execute the routine exporting, importing, and validation of non-electronic health information images.
- Ensure images are correctly formatted and linked for viewing across multiple organizational platforms and databases.
- Perform meticulous quality checks to ensure all imported documents meet clinical and regulatory standards.
- Operate in strict accordance with Title 22, CIHQ standards, Medical Staff Bylaws, and other state/federal regulatory requirements.
- Provide professional customer service and technical support regarding image management to internal clinical staff and external contacts.
- Proficiency in Excel (including advanced formatting and merging of cells).
- Familiarity with various file formats including PDF, TIFF, and JPEG.
- Ability to export, save, merge, and link files across different formats.
