• Master the Capital Lifecycle: Lead the reconciliation of high-volume capital work orders across multiple states, ensuring all materials and documentation are precise before closing.
• Drive Data Integrity: Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to process complex lists, maintaining a rigorous 95% accuracy standard even through highly repetitive, high-stakes tasks.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with HR, compensation, and hiring managers to resolve discrepancies, acting as a key liaison for internal business operations. 
• Optimize Project Workflows: Assist Project Managers in scheduling and cost management, helping to refine collaborative data stores and SharePoint repositories.

Qualifications for Excellence:

• 2+ years working as a Project Coordinator within a Utilities or Construction company handing Capital work orders.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite (Teams/Outlook).
  
  
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus and quality over long periods of repetitive work.
  
  
• Demonstrated experience with SAP and work order management (Utilities, Construction).
