Responsibilities
Overview:
• Support analytical assay activities in support of viral vector process development through initiating and executing on experimental strategies and plans.
• Perform routine analytical testing including FFU assay, Flow cytometry-based Potency assay, TCID50 assay, qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA testing.
• Generate worksheets, summary reports, and transfer documents
• Anticipate potential problems and designs preventative solutions
• Independently plans and execute experiments
• Independently analyze increasingly complex data and interpret results
• Able to contribute to and execute technical transfers of analytical methods from and/or to internal and external sites
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to achieve project goals and advance technical capabilities
• Able to effectively communicate with the technical leadership team, internal network partners, and the product management teams
• Knowledge and technical expertise with biologics analytical techniques, method development including Flow-cytometry, qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA and cell-based assays such as plaque assays, TCID50 and FFU assays.
