Financial Analyst I - Baltimore, MD Join our Fixed Income Product Control team and dive into daily Profit & Loss (P&L) production! You will be key in reconciling estimated P&L against the firm's sub-ledger, gaining exposure to financial products, strategies, and finance/risk systems. Overview:

• Placement: Contract to hire
• Location: Baltimore, MD; start in office 5 days/week; move to hybrid after training
• Pay rate: $27/hr

What you'll do:

• Produce and reconcile daily P&L
• Resolve daily breaks identified in the reconciliation process
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, OR a Bachelor’s with a specific interest in the field
• Top Skills: Demonstrated analytical/technical skills (advanced Excel), Finance/Accounting experience, and great communication skills
• A keen attention to detail and a basic understanding of financial products

salary: $26.99 - $27 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
