We are seeking a high-level AP Project Consultant to lead system stabilization during a complex ERP transition. This role is critical in supporting our AP Management team as they navigate a new Workday and RedRock environment. The integration is currently in progress, requiring a "fixer" who can manage the added stress of an unfinished setup. You will bridge integration gaps, troubleshoot data flow issues between RedRock and Workday, and ensure operational continuity.



salary: $43 - $47 per hour

Responsibilities

• Integration Support: Assist AP Management in identifying and resolving data sync errors between RedRock and Workday to ensure financial accuracy.
  
  
• Workflow Optimization: Audit current "in-progress" workflows to eliminate bottlenecks caused by the unfinished RR integration.
  
  
• Catch-up Processing: Manage the high-volume entry of invoices and expense reports to prevent backlogs while leadership focuses on system architecture.
  
  
• Vendor Reconciliation: Communicate with key vendors to manage expectations and resolve payment discrepancies resulting from the implementation phase.
  
  
• Testing & UAT: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for remaining RR modules, providing feedback on UI/UX and data mapping.
  
  
• Documentation: Create "bridge" SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to guide the team on how to handle manual workarounds until the integration is 100% complete.
