Reporting to the Senior Manager, Putting People First, the Belonging Specialist partners across the organization and with external stakeholders to embed inclusive practices into programs, processes, and everyday experiences. Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, belonging, or people strategy (food industry experience a plus).
- Experience with people analytics, surveys, and data-informed decision-making.
- Project management, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity.
- Analytical, resourceful, empathetic, and collaborative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities
- Research global people trends, emerging risks, and best practices; synthesize insights to inform strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Identify innovative approaches within and outside the industry and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Provide end-to-end project and program management for belonging initiatives, including planning, execution, documentation, communications, and evaluation.
- Manage day-to-day execution of associate-facing programs to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Maintain tools, playbooks, and process documentation to support scalability and alignment.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and Associate Resource Groups to bring belonging strategies to life.
- Support internal and external communications, storytelling, education, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop training materials, tools, and presentation content through a human-centered, inclusive lens.
- Support data tracking, reporting, and analysis using survey platforms and people analytics tools.
