- Architect Seamless Transactions: Accurately process orders, quotes, and returns within our ERP system, ensuring every customer interaction is documented with precision.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor shipment dates and generate reports to ensure timely delivery and maintain impeccable service standards.
- Build Influential Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with customers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to resolve queries and recommend tailored solutions.
- Master Industry Compliance: Ensure all transactions meet rigorous company, state, and federal regulatory guidelines while gaining a deep understanding of accounts receivable practices.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred).
- Technical Savvy: General computer proficiency, including MS Office. Experience with SAP or related ERP systems is a significant plus!
- Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail. You should be comfortable multitasking across various platforms.
