Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including matching, batching, coding, and entering high volumes of invoices.
- Analyzed variances between the general ledger and sub-ledgers, investigating and resolving discrepancies prior to month-end close and prepare journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and reclassifications.
- Monitored daily bank activity and cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Processed electronic payments, including domestic and international wire transfers and ACH originations.
- Maintained the company Fixed Asset Register, recording all new acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
