- Ushers / Ticket Scanners: Assist with guest flow, scan tickets using electronic devices, and manage seating throughout the performance.
- Parking Attendant: Direct traffic and assist guests with arrival and parking procedures.
- Weekdays: Typically evening shifts (e.g., 6:15 PM – 9:15 PM).
- Saturdays: Longer shifts for double-show days (e.g., 3:15 PM – 9:15 PM).
- Sundays: Afternoon shifts (e.g., 1:45 PM – 4:45 PM).
- Note: No shows scheduled on Mondays or Tuesdays.
- Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Physical: Ability to stand for 4–8 hours per shift and work outdoors in the sun or low-light environments.
- Skills: Customer service background and comfort using iPhones/electronic devices.
- Appearance: Professional appearance is required. No facial tattoos or piercings; other tattoos must be covered. Hair must be pulled back.
- Uniform: Must provide and wear all-black attire (black collared shirt, black pants, and black shoes)
