- Supplier Sourcing & Selection: Identifying, researching, and evaluating potential vendors based on price, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiation: Securing favorable terms, conditions, and pricing for supply contracts and sale agreements.
- Order Management: Preparing and processing purchase orders, verifying specifications, and tracking deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and in the correct quantity.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with warehouse teams to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Quality Control: Verifying the integrity of delivered goods and resolving issues regarding damaged or defective items with suppliers.
- Financial & Administrative Tasks: Reviewing price proposals, authorizing payments, and maintaining detailed records of all transactions and contracts.
